Events outside the church building

Regular Events

Our Monthly Munch takes place on the first Wednesday of the month, 1.00pm, in the Village Hall.  The food is always simple but good - typically soup, bread, cheese and fruit produced, by the group in turn - followed by a short study or discussion.  Amiable company and thought provoking discussion.

Bible Supper happens about once a month at 7.30pm, rotating round the houses of the group, with the meal prepared in turn.  The group usually listens to a CD, which is then used as a prompt for subsequent discussion.

Sunday Club is normally held in the Village Hall on the first Sunday of the month from 10.00 to 11.30am, for children aged between 4 and 10.

Pram Service for mums and toddlers is in the church once a month on a Friday afternoon at 3.30pm.  Tea and good company followed by a story, a song and a prayer, all in 30/40 minutes.

‘One off’ events also take place, typically including:

  • Sunday after the 3rd Saturday in June, 10.00 -11.00 am, Brunch in the Village Hall
  • September, 11.00 am, Pets' Service outside the Village Hall
  • Early October, Harvest Supper in the Village Hall

Further details on all of these events are available, as required, from either of the Church Wardens.
